SHIPPING & DELIVERY

WHERE WE SHIP
Peninsular Malaysia — delivered by J&T Line Clear or J&T Cargo.
East Malaysia — please WhatsApp us for a freight quote before ordering.

DISPATCH TIME
Orders placed before 2:00 PM on a working day are dispatched the same day
from our warehouse in Ipoh, Perak. Orders after 2:00 PM or on weekends and
public holidays go out the next working day.

DELIVERY TIME
Peninsular Malaysia: 2-5 working days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during festive periods and
mega sale campaigns.

KERBSIDE DELIVERY
Toilet bowls are heavy — a full set weighs 25-30kg. Our couriers deliver to
your door or the ground floor entrance. Carrying items upstairs or into the
bathroom is not included.

Please make sure someone is available to receive and inspect the delivery.

PACKING
Every item is wrapped in bubble wrap and stretch film. For extra protection
we recommend wood-frame packing, available as an add-on at checkout. We
strongly recommend it for East Malaysia and long-distance deliveries.

MULTIPLE UNITS
Ordering more than one toilet bowl? Please use our Bulk Order form so we can
arrange proper freight instead of parcel courier. This is safer for the goods
and usually cheaper for you.

ON DELIVERY
Please inspect the package before signing. If there is visible damage to the
outer packaging, note it with the courier and record your unboxing.
