  • Fitting Responsibility: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to confirm the correct specifications (e.g., trap type such as S-Trap or P-Trap, and rough-in distance) prior to placing an order. We offer free pre-purchase guidance via WhatsApp to assist you.

  • Product Changes: We do not warrant that product quality will meet your expectations. All descriptions, specifications, and prices of products are subject to change at any time without notice at our sole discretion. We reserve the right to discontinue any product or limit quantities offered on a case-by-case basis.

SECTION 3 - ORDERS AND CANCELLATIONS

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. JOYMI reserves the right to accept or decline your order for any reason at its sole discretion. Your order is not accepted until JOYMI confirms acceptance and receives processed payment.

Please review your order carefully before submitting. JOYMI may be unable to accommodate cancellation requests after an order is accepted. In the event we cancel, modify, or decline an order, we will attempt to notify you using the contact details provided at checkout.

Purchases are subject to return or exchange solely in accordance with our Refund Policy. All purchases are intended for personal or household use only and not for commercial resale or export.

SECTION 4 - PRICING, CURRENCY, AND BILLING

  • Currency and Taxes: All prices posted in our online store are displayed in Ringgit Malaysia (MYR) and include applicable taxes unless expressly stated otherwise. Unless otherwise noted, posted prices do not include shipping, handling, customs, or import charges.

  • Errors & Out-of-Stock Items: We reserve the right to correct pricing errors and to cancel and refund an order if an item is out of stock.

  • Account Accuracy: You agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information (including credit card details and email addresses) so we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed. You warrant that you are authorized to use the payment methods provided.

SECTION 5 - INSTALLATION DISCLAIMER

Unless explicitly purchased as an add-on installation service, installation is not included with your purchase.

All products must be installed by a qualified professional (e.g., a licensed plumber). JOYMI assumes no liability or responsibility for direct, indirect, or consequential damages, leaks, or product failures resulting from improper or uncertified installation.

SECTION 6 - BULK AND PROJECT ORDERS

Bulk, commercial, or project-based orders are subject to separate custom quotations, lead times, and payment terms, which must be agreed to in writing between you and JOYMI prior to order placement.

SECTION 7 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

All delivery dates and times provided are estimates only and are not guaranteed. JOYMI is not liable for shipping or delivery delays caused by carriers, customs processing, or events outside our reasonable control.

Title and risk of loss pass to you once we transfer the products to the shipping carrier.

SECTION 8 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Our Services—including all trademarks, brand names, text, graphics, images, logos, reviews, audio, video, and design layout—are owned by JOYMI, its affiliates, or licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-commercial license to access and use the Services. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, republish, download, or transmit any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

JOYMI is powered by Shopify, which provides the e-commerce platform that enables us to deliver the Services to you. However, any sales transactions are made directly between you and JOYMI.

You acknowledge and agree that Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of sales between you and JOYMI, including injury, loss, or damage resulting from purchased products. You hereby release Shopify and its affiliates from all claims, damages, and liabilities arising from or related to your transactions with JOYMI.
